Greg Petito

Greg Petito, well-established in the Houston music community and across the State of Texas, is has over 23 years of experience as a professional guitar player. Primarily a jazz and fusion guitarist, he is equally skilled in many other styles.

On any given day, Petito can be seen playing jazz, fusion, pop, rock, R&B, and Brazilian,and classical guitar for ensembles ranging in size from orchestras and jazz combos to solo jazz and classical guitar performances.
Petito maintains an extremely active performance schedule, appearing regularly at local and regional venues with many local and touring jazz artists as well as numerous private events. He has experience performing in Jones Hall with the Houston Symphony and has accompanied various national and international touring artists. Petito is also actively involved in recording sessions at Sugar Hill Studios.
He has toured within the United States, European Union, parts of Northern Africa, and Central America with commercial artists such as II Divo, The Platters, Cheyenne Jackson, and Andy Bell of Erasure as well as Broadway productions of “Wicked,” “Pippin,” and “Chicago: The Musical”.
