Nicaraguan-born Yelba Roman traveled all over Central and South America growing up and her “globetrotting” allowed this versatile vocalist/guitar player to appreciate music from many different regions of the world. Because of her unique heritage, Yelba brings a zest and gusto to her performances, second to none. Her Latin background fused with Afro-rhythms and she blended this mixture with her love for jazz, country and rock. Yelba is truly a joy to watch sing and dance, and her band can do it all, and do it well.
