Rob Landes began playing piano at age 3 and made his debut on the Art Linkletter House Party at age four, receiving applause and kudos from both Mr. Linkletter and Tommy Dorsey, who was a guest on the same broadcast. In the late 60’s Landes was the keyboardist for the rock group Fever Tree, and since then has toured with Liza Mennelli and Marily Maye, conducted the Count Basie Orchestra and Buddy Rich Band, and been an active composer and church musician. He has been organist and artist in residence at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Houston since 1996.
